Casa de Vaqueros! Family&Pet Friendly! 3mi->Beach

This well decorated and cozy home is located close to all the things we enjoy about this area of Orange County. Walkable distance to River Street Marketplace and downtown San Juan, a mile from the Ecology Center, and just a few short miles to the beach and Dana Point. The home is well stocked with all home needs and dog friendly. My family and I were there during a very hot a humid weekend, the home has air conditioning which was essential. Courtney was quick to communicate before and during booking process, as well as friendly. I would recommend this spot for anyone wanting to be close distance to all the fun things of South Orange County.

Great little place, nice quiet location, comfortable beds and bedding. Enjoyed it very much.

The property was good. However the coffee maker was broken and we tried reporting it to the neighbor in Apt C several times by knocking on his door as he had instructed us to do so but he did not answer. I did not email the owner because the neighbor said he was in Italy. Also, the living room sofas are looking a little tired and the dining room table has numerous chips on its top. The property location is great and it was very clean.

No fan in master bath, but using window was OK, just had to remember to close it. Also, lots to do when vacating. A few more mugs would be good. Had 3 to 6/night & they all loved it. Good location, that was why it was my first choice.

A Comfortable and Budget-Friendly Place to Stay Positive: The house was well-maintained, located in a quiet neighborhood, and just a short distance from historic downtown. The host was highly responsive and a great communicator.
